  This does not constitute grounds for return or refund.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GEL (Georgian Lari).

• Prices may change without prior notice, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

• Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

• Payments are securely handled through TBC / Flitt online payment gateway.

• We do not store or have access to your card or payment details.

• Your payment information is processed only by licensed payment providers.

If a transaction fails, the order will not be processed until successful payment is received.

7. Order Processing & Delivery

7.1 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

7.2 Delivery

• Delivery is available throughout Georgia.

• Delivery times may vary based on location and courier availability.

• Delivery fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

• You will receive a notification via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.

7.3 Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot reach the customer:

• the order may be returned to the sender,

• redelivery fees may apply.

7.4 Delivery Confirmation

The date and time marked by the courier service is considered the official delivery timestamp.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We follow strict hygiene and safety regulations for cosmetic products.

8.1 Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for:

• opened products,

• used products,

• unsealed packaging,

• items damaged due to improper storage after delivery,

• personal preferences (scent, color, texture),

• products purchased during promotions or discounts.

8.2 Returns are accepted only if:

• the product arrived damaged,

• the product is expired or defective,

• the wrong item was delivered,

• the product is unopened and still sealed (within 48 hours of delivery).

8.3 Evidence Required

Customers must provide:

• order number,

• clear photos or videos of the issue,

• proof that the product is unused and sealed (where applicable),

• photos of external packaging (if damaged).

8.4 Refund Process

To request a refund:

• contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order;

• submit photo/video evidence.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

We do not issue cash refunds for online payments.
Bank processing time may vary.

8.5 Replacements

A replacement will be issued if:

• the product is defective,

• damaged,

• incorrect.

If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if:

• they have not yet been shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Contact us immediately for cancellation requests.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
